Our team consists of quite a few skeptics who wouldn’t agree to launch the campaign until they were satisfied with objective taste trials. So we asked people to taste water from our first prototype batch. The reactions were all the proof of concept we needed!

RISK AND CHALLENGES

We’ve reached this stage after extensive research & development by a team of food scientists, flavorists and plastics engineers. Years of trial and error brought us to the point where we have successful prototypes and are ready for the next stage.
We have already chosen the manufacturing companies which we feel confident will ensure a smooth and professional production process. 

The next phase will include further perfecting the aroma in order to reach the perfect flavor, and after that comes the tooling & molding for our production run.

We’ve spared no effort to ensure we’ve covered every aspect of the production and delivery process however, despite the best planning, there may always be factors that we cannot control such as transport or supplier delays. 

We will be sure to keep you updated along the production process  and endeavor to deliver the best possible product quickly and make sure that early backers are given priority to receive The Right Cup in time.

A study investigating the impact scent has on water consumption clearly demonstrated that someone drinking water with a sweet orange smelling cap drank nearly 50% more water (!) than those drinking plain water with no scent. 

Approximately 127 million adults in the U.S. are overweight and 70 million are obese; Each year, obesity causes at least 300,000 deaths in the US. In a newly published report, The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition urges people to drink more water and limit both sugar-sweetened and naturally sweetened drinks.
